Please carefully review your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—before confirming. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections, including item type, size, design, or shipping address.

If you notice an error, you have 6 hours from the time of purchase to cancel and reorder correctly. For any questions before placing your order, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages.

Cancellation fee: 10% of the total order value.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, orders are considered final, and refunds will not be provided.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor imperfections, such as loose threads, are not eligible
